Our aim at Care To Assist is to provide you with the highest possible quality of personal care and support.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you receive from Care To Assist, please tell us, we welcome comments.

If however you are dissatisfied with either the service or the response
to any issue you may wish to make a formal complaint.

You can do this by requesting a complaint leaflet from the office at
01236 ~ 721785.

This leaflet tells you how to make a complaint and the different stages
it can follow.
